Inspiration... or just some great recipes

Here is a blog of one of my friends that has GREAT recipes and crafts that I love! Funny, they started off just the same way, wanting to share recipes and what not and it has turned into a huge blog that has funded their fun girl get togethers :) not that ours will get anything like that but just saying!

Dealstomeals.blogspot.com is one of my favorite food blogs.  I made the Cilantro Lime Chicken the other day and is was super yummy too! (That is the recipe that is posted right now)  I purposefully made extra, shredded it and put it in the freezer to use for a quick meal later.

I often adapt recipes to things I have on hand or my families preferences.  Don't ever be afraid to play with a recipe.  Most of the time it works, and sometimes you just smile and say "Just eat it!  I'm sure my creative little mind will do better next time!"
